Where can I find Fashion Bug printable coupons or have them mailed to my house?

I've heard that you can get great Fashion Bug coupons mailed to your home without having their credit card ($10 bonus coupons, etc.), but I've also heard that you have to have a land-line number for them to verify the address to mail it to. Anyone else out there know anything about this?
