What kind of macbook does Parsons school of design require for Fashion students?

I'm planning on applying to Parsons school of design (and a bunch of other art schools) for fashion design and I think they require their students to purchase a macbook. Just curious if anyone knows if it needs to be a pro or is a regular macbook fine and what the main differences are. I searched all over Parsons' site and couldn't find anything. Can anyone help?

it probably would matter on how much you would use it and if you want a small and compact one then go with the macbook air and if you want it to be big with more ram (speed) go with the Pro and if you want a bit of both go with the Macbook

you could also go to this site http://store.apple.com/us and check out with macbook would work such as if it fits you price limit, size, hard drive space, ram, screen size, and maybe even looks
